3.5.7 features

The 3.5.7 has:
•	A webpage video of the video display on the HDMI output – it only runs at 10fps and has a longer latency, but is useful for remote debug of the setup.
•	ONVIF h.265 profile discovery
•	The more complex (but hopefully more useful) way to determine which video feed is displayed in which quadrant of the screen
•	The config file is saved as a TXT file and not a INI file
•	“re-stream” feature bottom the DISPLAY tab – this enables the video shown on the monitor to be streamed as an RTSP stream. The stream can also be discovered as a H.264 ONVIF profile
