How to run on Windows PC (recommended - no install)
---------------------------------------------------
1. download "ant1776_API_Tool_v1.2.zip" to a Windows PC
2. un-compress .zip file
3. Navigate into file structure to "ANT-1776 Tool.bat"
4. Double-click:  Run ANT-1776 Tool.bat

  Run ANT-1776 Tool.bat    Double-click launcher for the PowerShell version
